Este arquetipo tiene la habilidad de vigilancia dos veces. 
Además la dote de robar coches es con Mecánica, habilidad que no tiene. Lo suyo sería ponérsela en lugar de la repetida.

Y de paso. Sugerimos cambiarle el nombre por Criminal, ya que engloba más lo que representa la descripción.

EDIT: Perdón, ya he visto que la dote puede ser también con  "Infiltración"

En lugar de la Vigilancia secundaria, la que va es Persuasión, que se utiliza para varias de las Dotes Investigativas que tiene.
Quedan así:
Cita:Habilidades Secundarias: Conducir, Disparar, Explosivos, Hurtar, Juego, Negociar, Ocultar, Percepción, Persuasión y Presencia.
Lo del cambio de nombre a ver que dice Pedro. Entiendo que tiene ese nombre más por cuestión de estilo que otra cosa.
